Not the cheapest but simple plan of $0.20/minute.

Got new flyer on $0.25/day/#:
- unlimited local calling between PC mobile #
- unlimited text message between PC mobile#

e.g. it'll cost u $0.50/day to have unlimited contacts with both your wife and girlfriend(1), if they're using PC mobile.

Believe they have $5/month unlimited web browsing(not all web sites are available). They couldn't tell me if I can go to my favorite web site, such as Sino :p, hence I didn't check further on their plan.
