这个有点低得匪夷所思了，有什么条件的么？

是，通膨的可能在将来很大（也许是必然的）。但是，不认为5年之内达到如此程度：
既，迫使央行，不顾高失业，低增长（目前是负），连续6次升息，每次达到50个基点。
可能吗？

如果不是这样，现在的5年固定，相对浮动全开放有什么优越可言？  何况，全开放随时可转，非常有利的再谈判地位。

Which bank is it? Last week, National Bank offered me 4.4% 3 year fixed, but they'll pay 2500$ transfer fee. (My last 5 years fixed rate mortgage in another bank is going to finish soon, and they want me to transfer my Mortgagee to their Bank)

再来问个问题，有现金的话是立刻就把剩下的房贷还清划算，还是继续分期慢慢还，把现金投资在mutual fund 或别的什么地方更好？
