Question about carry forward tuition fees from Ontario to Quebec.

My wife has some unused Federal and Ontario tuition and education fees in tax year 2002. We moved to Quebec last year and we will have to file the tax report in Quebec this year. I know the unused federal part can be carry forwarded to 2003, but can she also carry forward the unused Ontario part to Quebec?
