paypal对于挂羊头卖狗肉的现象不予理睬。也就是说，挂羊头卖狗肉在paypal的评价系统是合理的。这是卖方市场。

paypal的另一个不方便的地方就是无法修改国度，即一个账户只能有一个国家的地址。实在是麻烦。以下是paypal给我的回信：
