this is different story now...the cars are getting cheaper and cheaper, especially this year. Look at new cars' price...

LZ can go to kijiji or dealer website to check the pricing, the trade price normally will be 10-20% off than post price(if buy from owners). or u can check the price from autoprix, lots of peopl buy cars from there, for example, there is a focus2006,76000km, 6900$, your car is 2005, so need to deduct 1000$more, so it is around 5900$, but autoprix will fix minor issues...etc.

so I guess ur car is like in arrange 5000-6000$ depends on the conditions...
