刚谈好的，BMO，5year fixed, (closed) 3.55%+250$NOtary fee, 我的房子要到6月份才过户。应该没什么限制，而且我们贷的也不是特别多，没能谈到500，有点失望。但显然是如果贷的多的话，利率会更好。

三年固定利率3.20% 和5年固定3.95%，风险区别大么？哪位高手讲讲

啊？TD3.2% 3 year fixed是不是只有今天啊？我昨天跟他们打电话还说没有呢，只报了1年和2年的。似乎他们的1年和2年固定还比较有竞争力。
