我也碰上同样的问题，以前买小东西，比如鼠标，键盘啥的没要求这样，这次是买了一套洗衣干衣机，我也收到这样的邮件，打了电话回去确认，你需要注意的就是一定要用你在网上买东西时注册的那个电话号码打过去才会work，过几分钟会打过来，全是录音，当天晚上又收到邮件确定送货时间，你再用你当初注册用的电话打一下，祝你好运。。。

我25日网上买东西还可以，27日就再刷不过了。打电话给信用卡公司，马上给我解冻，说是为安全考虑。所以我才让你试试，但愿是同样的问题。
