Office Administrator
In business for over 30 years, we are currently the largest Canadian importer of licensed children's footwear, servicing both major retailers and small boutiques.
We are seeking a friendly and dynamic candidate who will be integral in merging office duties with account coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Following up with customer orders and queries.
- Ability to write formal business letters to customers on behalf of the company President and Executives.
- Photograph, catalogue and process samples.
- Maintain multiple showrooms
- Light phone work
- Filing
Requirements:
-Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Picture Manager)
-Customer Service skills
-Problem Solving skills
-Bilingual
-Experience with Adobe Photoshop is an asset
