我买的期房快要到交接日了，开发商催促我尽快与公证师约时间。但是新房还有很多地方未完成，我担心公证过户时他们也不见得会100%完成。我想知道如何看待和处理新房公证过户时没有100%完成的情况？

Most of the banks will not issue the loan if the property is not 100% completed at the poccessing date. You should check with your bank first. If you do not have a bank because you will pay the property in cash, you still don't need to worry as the contract is indicated the responsibilties of the constructor.

楼主说的情况常见，因为有些材料确实Back Order。如果你不放心，可以跟建筑商协商，留一部分尾款放在公证师的Trust Account上，等你认为活做完了，再通知公证师付款给建筑商。
