Bois franc has many different styles of condos and houses, in order to fit different tastes. I understand that you don't like those 2 styles, me either :-) But some other people may feel that these are so cool and so modern.....people vary from different tastes right?

Regarding to the condos right beside Thimens, it is called Les Mansardes Bois-Franc, done by constructor Group Maltais. The prices are a bit of less than those inside of bois franc, and in fact all have been sold out except 2 smallest units. That means this project is still attractive in the eyes of some certain consuming group. In Real Estate industry, sometimes, there is NO strict good or bad; different stuff fits different needs. ;)

以前看房时,有个房型的LIST。不带土地的价格。我计算过。
根据我的研究。现在如果你想一个标准的那种二层小楼。带双GARAGE的。（房子比较漂亮的。就是房顶带角的那种。平顶的不值钱。）
真正不带阁楼LIVABLE SPACE 2300. 的。占地怎么着4000以上左右的。
新建的加上地价那一定是要60、70万的。在哪里都不会有低于60万的新房子了。除非是地价很便宜的地区。
如果是那种瘦高瘦高的。40万左右或以下DEPENDS ON AREA.

还有BOIS FRANC 现在新房的品味也有问题。比如新CONDO在路边的那个。带黑屋顶的那个，我们说过燥音一定很大的那个。很难看啊。像70年代DDO的那种不值钱的排层。类似这种http://www.duproprio.com/house-f ... ux-quebec-en-112813

In fact, I found that though its exterior looks a little bizarre but its interior is very beautiful, tasty and spacious. The interior fits my taste

是的。样房板的确很漂亮。开发商太会设计了。现在照相都用广角。显的空间特别大。
我每次都要对自己说，不能被照片和装修所迷惑了:p

其实现在GRANITE 和TILE和真的都不值钱。很便宜的。但是老房子要重装修还是挺贵的。
但是你看这个KICHEN应该不是实木的。就放了一GRANITE有门面. 外面市场价$45-60/SQ.FT. INSTALLATION INCLUDED.

这个房子外表真的怪怪的。我不明白为何这样设计。
但是其实可能还是比较值钱的。一是那种铝窗可能会挺贵吧。二是不是阁楼。是真正的三层。而且房顶不是平的。平的不好的。少保温层。夏天热冬天冷。

不对。看错了。。

仔细一看，原来三楼也是阁楼。是大阁楼。因为最顶层屋顶是斜的。。。也不高。
价值要打折扣了。。。

三楼也是阁楼。是大阁楼, yeah, same as ours, but I have to admit that this one has even bigger space than ours. Especially the bathroom is designed very well. Well, this one is over $600K :p You pay for it.

Not sure if the kitchen is in hardwood or not....I doubt it. Usually the hardwood is an upgrade option. But it looks not bad.

I don't see any condo or house in bois franc has 平房顶....this one is not either.

那个靠路边的黑房顶的CONDO不就是平的吗。
把屋顶用来居住了。。在同样居住面积情况下，反正就是省钱嘛。。
把阁楼都用来居住了也是一样的。少了隔温层的。本来阁楼不用来居住的。
不过这些阁楼比一般2层楼的阁楼设计的要略高一些。

Hmmmm, I checked their photo again, seems true. But if they are designed in this way, the constructor must have made it very well insulating. At least it has to respect the livable standards. Not sure how it looks like on the outside roof.

不比你的大多少。估计大就大在那个阁楼的设计上了。比一般的阁楼大了一圈。
结果号称为4STOREY了。贵了好多钱。。。

我的一个朋友在那买了一套, 1200sf, 2 bedrooms, 1 inside parking, $27,2000, no baywindow, not corner unit. 在Cavendish 靠高尔夫场地旁有一套model condo, 一模一样, 但多了Baywindow, corner unit, 送了窗帘, 灯具等等. 两个月前卖了, 同一家建造商, $27,7000卖出. 我朋友还是选了在Thimens 上的, 因为交通方便一点. 看来在Thimens 上的Condo一点不比里面的cheap. 很多老外喜欢只种style的, 比诺, 一个门只有三户,比别的style condo 要好一点. Bois Franc 的大飞机很多是从 Rue Robert Peary and Rue Charles Darwin 之间过, 在Thimens 上反而noise不是很大.

我认为, House, Townhouse就是给中国人炒起来得, 15 年前, 一般的House, Townhouse与Condo价钱 no big difference.

有什么好办法中文打字方法? 我打得太慢了,江苏口音很麻犯.

"我认为, House, Townhouse就是给中国人炒起来得, " ------ 此言差矣. 为什么"就是给中国人炒起来的"?有证据说明中国买house, townhouse比本地人多吗, 有证据中国人叫价平均都比洋人高吗? 就算是的, 相同的房子, 如果中国乱抬价, 本地人卖平价, 难道中国人就会胜算继而成功的"把房价抬上去"? 也许在你看来, 是中国人的叫价起了坏头, 让本地人也更着哄抬? 我觉得没有根据.

另外 "15 年前, 一般的House,Townhouse与Condo价钱 no big difference. " 这就更有意思了. 能摆出论据和论证吗, 洗耳恭听, 让我好好学习一下. 当然了,你可别拿一个烂区的五,六十年代的平定屋和bois franc的或者市中心的四半CONDO相比啊, 那就太没说服力了.
