你有依据吗？你知道全过程吗？你根原告熟吗？你跟被告熟吗？

这个世界上没有无缘无故的爱，无缘无故的恨。
我不熟悉被告，所以我既不爱他也不恨他。我觉得从他和原告的朋友所述，他不应该承受这么多的痛苦。
原告怎么不出来？他有委屈他可以说呀？他说了大家不就明白了吗？我觉得一个人有冤屈不说，这不正常。这个地方不是所有的人都支持楼主呀，所以他不该有什么顾忌。
你要遭到不公正待遇，对方还在这里表现自己的高尚，你是更气愤，更想骂他还是躲在后面不出来？
原告要真的受到冤屈，他在这里说了，我肯定支持他。他不出来必定有鬼！

谁说人家有冤屈不说了？人家去法庭说。在这儿说，是不是像在大街上随便拉住一个人就说阿。那看来“冤屈”可大啦。

没有无缘无故的恨，对啦，所以有些人才劝你反思一下阿，为什么人家告你啊。

I want to say it again here: "Let the law talk, not the money talk!"

I do hope, one day, some one could come here again and update the real story no matter before after the case is done. Audience like me, we do need to know the real case with real detail info (not just heard or guessing shit...) from both side not just from one side with biased info, to know who is right or who is wrong, to learn sth from this case. At least, I learned something now, if I meet similar situation in the future, I will turn on my recorder and hide it... :wink:

既然恨到非上法庭告，为什么不能让我们听听被告怎么就这么可恨？
在法庭上告和在这里告不但没有矛盾，而且是相得益彰，交互辉映，我看能更好的教育被告。

楼主,人家fengfan说的没有错,恐怕是你现在不冷静了. 尽管法律不是每次都是公正的,但是是普遍意义上的公正.所以法律是广泛适用的.冤假错案在哪里都有,这个世界上没有绝对的公正.

尽管你深陷其中,我建议你还是冷静下来. 我并不是让你逆来顺受,我基本相信你是掉到人家设的法律陷阱中了.

看见你这话，我就忍不住要笑。:wink:等什么时候你家被入室偷盗了，你的车窗被砸了，你自己往外掏银子的时候，你再跟不作为的警察说这话吧。 到时候，你不让money talk？你去让law talk一下试试。law大人理你吗？

说句难听的，我要是一把掏出上万块，这官司我赢定了。要是我再加点钱，反诉他诬陷，他麻烦就大了！money 不talk吗？

不想反驳你，你就以为自己说的挺在理，还发了两遍。呵呵
