Job Description:
We currently have openings for call-centre representatives to conduct market research studies at our Montreal location. We offer competitive pay, flexible online self-scheduling as well as the training required to excel at the job.

Requirements:
-Clear communication skills
-Approachable telephone personality
-Professionalism
-Ability to work independently
-Available to work a minimum of 16 hours a week and 20 hours of weekend work per month
-2 years post-secondary education
-Bilingual: English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin fluency in reading, writing and speaking.

Assets
-Previous call-centre experience
-Additional language skills
