每个地区都有管理私立幼儿园的办公室，可以用电话投诉，号码可能要自己查一下。我在brossard也曾经投诉过，那里的工作人员非常认真负责，而且还担心我投诉后，老师对我孩子不好，主动帮我联系了我家附近的一家大型的cpe的幼儿园让我儿子转过去，真是因祸得福，那家幼儿园是非常难进的。

Then eagerly ask them to help your kids for another daycare.

Also BE PATIENT AND CARING to YOUR KIDS no matter how tired how busy you are - because you cannot imagine how your little ones spend his or her days in the daycare - it all depends on the teacher nice responsible or not, ...
