today, i argued with landlord ----a white,  and that time I was very upset, i said" you fucked with a wrong chinese!!!!!!!!!!", he replied" are you threatening me?"   then we stoped,  becaue we will see eachother  on court,

If that is the only offensive thing you said,
then there should be no problem.
It could be interpreted as that you would not take things lying down
  U- G* i9 _. sand you would take action(LEGAL one).

ex. hurt/beat up/punch/kill someone, ..., etc.
