最新进展通报:收到蒙特利尔移民处来信,下周二带上要求的材料进行Finalization,没有问题的话当天就给移民纸.

hi moonlindacf, 我昨天收到联邦移民局的第一封信，信要求我的先生向蒙特利尔移民处申请undertaking （family class)，还有我也要填一份表格。今天直接送去Notre-Dame Ouest 4楼。加上我昨天也打过电话去询问，他们说审理需时1个月。1个月可能意为着最短的等候期吧！加上现在是圣诞节和新年，我想他们也不会那么积极的审理！唉，，，，，

今天我受到移民局发出的第二封要补充资料的信.有谁知道我现在要怎么样做?信的内容如下:

Please be advised that this is our second request for this information.

You did not provide sufficient evidence that you are a common-law partner(cohabitating for a period of at least one year at time of application ( from XXX to Present). Acceptable documentation includes: declaration of common-law relationship, evidence of joint bank, trust, credit union or charge card accounts (letter from bank/ credit card company stating when the accounts were opened as joint); jointly signed residential lease, mortgage or purchase agreement, insurance and/ or beneficiary forms, utility bills in both names or utility bills in each other's name for the same timeframe and address. This documentation must provide evidence dated at least one year prior to the date of your application. Other supporting documentation such as statutory declarations of individuals with personal knowledge that your relationship is genuine and continuing may be considered.

我们都提供了银行出的信件,孩子的出生证明,房产证明,还有以前房东的证明信等等,就是没有找律师去证明我们的关系. 那么我想问一下,是否要找律师去做一个STATUTORY DECLARATIONS? 如果是,那么要律师证明些什么? 那么朋友写信证明可以吗?
请问有谁可以解答?如果我现在请移民律师帮忙,有谁可以介绍一下.

第一次要求补充资料跟第二次都不一样,简直就是鸡蛋里挑骨头或者像捉药,太死板.要提供的都提供了,孩子都有.....怎么还是要补充.

还有在5个月前就通知申请CSQ, CSQ 都通过了怎么还要补充资料. 不是联邦认为可以才让担保人去申请CSQ吗?

感谢littlemouse的回复！最近CSQ的审理速度貌似非常快，我的是两周就下来了，但愿我接下来也可以像你一样顺利。。。最近看新闻说Canada Post好像是要从5月25号开始罢工了，头疼。。。

请问littlemouse，你在收到DM的信之前有没有收到Approval In Principal的信啊？"It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent resident as a member of the spouse in canada class, however, a final decision will not be made untill all remaining requirements such as medical,security and background".....据说有了CSQ和AIP，就有Open Work Permit了，还可以申请SIN卡和健康卡。

To behappy，看前面的帖子你好像是10年3月递的申请吧，感觉移民局就是想要至少是09年3月以前能证明common-law relationship的文件，时间越久越好，不一定要请律师吧。。。

rainy99, 是的.移民局就是要我们一年前的证明.但是我们没有JOINT LEASE, 幸好有些信件是寄到我们住的地址.还有我让房东给写了封信,还有朋友证明的宣誓书并公证了.把所有文件重新整理一遍就给移民局寄过去!

哎,我也有很多朋友说,找律师也不一定能帮上忙! 顺其自然吧!

Hi moonlindacf,终于有结果了. 星期一我收到移民局的信说我的PR申请已经completed,现在等montreal移民局联系我.open work permit也收到.现在就是要付落地费$490和等他们安排我去办PR手续.

我等我的landing paper下来后再去办理SIN 卡和医疗卡.

你现在有读法语吗?你是读COFI还是在大学里读?我朋友说,我是夫妻团聚,如果读COFI只有车费补贴,如果在魁大读可能有约$1000一个月.你知道关于这些问题吗? 如果读书时,我还得把孩子送去DAYCARE.

或其他XDJM知道法语课程的区别吗?请告知!
