记得之前有个帖子（也许不是这里的）讲高速上遇到危险要急刹车时可以换到1挡，让发动机帮助减速。

我几天想如果不是特别危险的急刹车，可不可以换到N挡，然后继续踩刹车？
如果这样做是否有损害变速箱？是否会刹车不住而有危险？

楼主是问自动挡车能否像手动挡一样溜车省油吧。在这个论坛以前有过讨论，好像结论是不可以。会损坏变速箱。

It is dangerous as the brake maybe not working at N position , it doesn't matter auto or manuel car.......so for safey, don't do it , also it won't save gas...

BTW, my purpose is not to save gas.I just want to stop the car efficiently.

My thought was:
with shift on D and the engine is still pushing the car forward, so it may take more time to stop or slow down the car.

If it is on N shift, there is no power pushing the car. And the break is just against the inertia of the car.

And I think the break works at N position, because I usually shift to N while I am waiting for traffic light and still hold the break.

How  should you brake on a slippery road?
If the emergency does not require slamming the brakes as hard  as possible, squeeze braking (also known as threshold braking) along  with declutching (manual shift) or shifting to neutral (automatic  transmission) will do the job most efficiently.


这里说的这条我是不是可以借鉴？不是冬天路滑是不是也可以试试看？
