I have not received the official admission letter yet. Frustreated! What you said confused me. What does "concordia保留张学费的权利" mean? By the way, are there any other information in the letter?
it said that:
"Concordia reserves the right to modify it's academic programs and regulations. The University also reserves the right to modify the tuition and other student fees at any time before the beginning of the upcoming academic year."
"If you need to defer your admission to enroll later than indicated above, you must request a deferral of admission accompanied by $25 deferral fee."
That's all.
The funny thing is that they put them into my "Conditions of admission-Prerequisite Courses-Transfer Credits"
