futureshop网上购物，不知大家有没有遇到这种情况

我从来都没有打过电话，每次输入付款信息后，就会显示processing，一天之后就显示如下信息

Your order has successfully shipped.
To obtain a receipt for your records or for any store returns, please print your invoice from the link below.

24号下单，29号收到，发货的时候还会给我一个Email说shipped。我还在称赞fs的网购比bestbuy好。

我进到FutureShop上我的账号，被告知他们将给我打电话，需要我回拨，确认。如同他们给我发的Email上说的。也许因为是我刚开的账户，他们要确认。

我收到的是：

我知道，我以前也和你一样，但是最近就开始这样的我也不知道怎么办
