if you don't mind, I'll say: East won't discard 2Hs for second and third Ds, but discard 2Ss, and trump your SK, then you'll go down, ;-(. You'll be limited to 2Ss + 8Ds or 3Ss + 7Ds (need drop DK before third S), just 10 tricks.
After trumping first H(1), south plays small C, North gets it with CA(2), then playing SJ. If east over with SQ then SK, else small S(3). get 3Ss(3-5) then small D back to north (with small C trump)(6). Play SA(7). Then play a small H to south (trump with CQ)(8). You'll have other 3Cs(9-11). In this case NS will Get CA, 4Ss, and 6Cs by cross ruff. Totally 11 tricks. The key point here is that you can't play D immediatly after first H, else the North won't get back control since east has only 1D(He would discard Ss on Ds).
