Hello All,

The official address of "Le Centre de Loisir de Saint-Laurent" is: 1375 Grenet, Ville Saint-Laurent. Here is the Map:

Coming by Car:
1. If you take Highway 40: Exit Boul Marcel-Laurin (after Acadie when from east to west).Keep Marcel-laurin until you cross the Street Cote-Vertu. After Cote-Vertu, turn Right on First light and you'll be on the street "Thimens", you'll see immediately the bulding in front of you, which is the "Centre de Loisir de Saint-Laurent". There are many free parkings behind the building. Turn left to grenet then turn right on TASSE. The entry of parking is 10 meter after you are on Tasse;

2. If you take Highway 15 and coming from south: Keep the second way from Left on 15. When you are near 40, keep this way and go to Marcel-Laurin. (Please don't go to Decarie). The other is same as 1;

3. From elsewhere, try to find the inersection Cote-Vertu/Marcel-Laurin, and do the same as above.

Coming by Metro and Bus: Take Metro or bus to COTE-VERTU
Walking:
        1. Try to find a McDonald on the street Cote-Vertu and go towards it. Turn right after you pass Mcdonald and you are in Street Cardinal;
        2. Continue on Cardinal about 400 meters and you'll be in second Cross (or Stop). This street is Tasse. Turn Left on it;
        3. Continue on Tasse until end of this street(about 100 meter), you'll see the building on your left;

Bus:
        1. Take Bus Number 64 at Metro Cote-Vertu (Over the street Decarie, near Cote vertu);
        2. Get off in the third Station which locates you on the intersection Cardinal/Tasse.
        3. Walk as indicated as above.

If it works for us, is not it a great idea ? One  drawback of the place in St. Laurent is there is no room for kids making noises.

Well, what I think is that if we have too many people in his teahouse(?), we might be setting the obstacle to his business.

Had a quick touchbase with Mr. sinonet this afternoon. Unfortunately a minimum charge for one person at a time is CAD1.75 for a cup of Coco Cola. During week ends, it could be quite noisy as well. Not even convient to house kids. Thus, it might not be a good option for the time being.
We will see if there is any other option.

I was wondering if the teahouse was canvassing for business under the name of 'bridge activity'. My boss is a businessman, and I know his doctrine is: Business has the paramount priority over everything.

What about the place mentioned by fmchen? I think it meets at least our basic requirements.

大家好！
首先感谢sinonet先生（我猜想应是黄老板）的热心支持，由于未和黄先生直接通话，对场所条件不甚了解，也不知是否会影响黄先生的生意。故本周末的桥牌比赛活动场所仍然定在fmchen所说的1375# Grenet,cote-vertu的Tasse街西端，所有欲参加比赛活动的朋友可参照fmchen指引的路线前往cote-vertu社区服务中心，按老规矩礼拜天下午1:00~6:00活动。
另外，我联系了一下Lasalle的市政厅大楼，里边有8张桌子，楼内设施非常完善，举行桥牌比赛活动应该没有问题，只是交通不是很方便，需坐110公共汽车（该车量少），距离远而没车的朋友会比较辛苦，暂作为一个候选场所吧。
其他朋友是不是有更好的场所向大家推荐？比如Uqam周围？Concordia校园？Lionel-groulx附近？以及其他交通方便的中心地带，最好是能联系到免费场所。谢谢！

What about once a week again ? One week small group, one week big group.
Also, switch back to Sat from Sun ? Sundays are good for refreshment to the next Mon, also housekeeping.
If small group, my home can readily house 4 to 8 as one of the options. Driving and taking lift may be necessary though.
