请问现在申请Parents的材料，好象有点变化，原来只要复印的公民证或者护照就可，现在是不是一定要公证过的。下面有人成功拿到VISA，说用的TRUE COPY， 是指公证过的身份证吗？
而且现在好像也不要关系证明了和无犯罪证明了，是这样吗？有成功的请指教。

Beware that you only have 30 days to buy visitor insurance for your parents after their arrivals. So it is better to search and buy in advance if you plan to.

In beijing canada website, neither of them need. But in shanghai canada website, relation certification mentioned.      Good luck

It does not matter! Bank statements also work. The employee letter is not a "must". It is a "better" document.

材料要求申请人交雇主的准假信及银行存款证明, 需要英文的吗? 可以自己译吗还是要公证? 还有如果申请人自己是雇主怎么办?

In the first page of 北京使馆网站 instuction part, there is a bold statement stating that all documents submitted must be in French or English.
That means: If you submit a document in chinese, you must have a french or english version with it.

As for 申请人雇主的准假信, I type a English version by myself and send it together with chinese version to the employer. Employer stamps the same stamp and sign on both letters. Then it is done.

As for 银行存款证明, normally banks in china can present English documents.

I did not 证明 for these two documents.

For the self-employer, I have no idea! sorry!

2、第5项是填加元数吗？但存款证明是人民币，没关系吧
3、第13项“during the past five years have you or any family member accompanying you lived in any other country than your country of citizenship or permanent residence for more than six months"怎么理解，我妈从未出过国，填NO就行了吧
4、关于“教育和就业细节表”是不是从小学写起
5、关于“家属表”去世的也要写明吗，怎么用英文表述？退休的是否需要注明原单位？

----把人民币的数额折算成加元，填到此处

---教育写最高学历及次之，2个足够，用不着从小学

---家属表中，去世写“Deceased 已故”
---退休，要求写单位的就写原单位，家属表中只填先住址，申请表和就业表中需要填。
