Does anybody happen to know the answer to the following question?
We have been living in Toronto for more than a year and are planning to move to Quebec. If we do not have a job and apply for Cofi,will we for sure get the money ($121/week) from the government? Anybody has similiar experience?

until now, yes. but you have to wait in a waiting list. because there are lots of people applying. I am not sure about the time, maybe anybody who applied these days can tell you.

mainly where should you go depends on where you live. For the time, i think the sooner the better, you can postpone if you think the time is not ok.

I was just not 100% sure that after living in another province for more than 3 months after landing, we could still get the 121/week. I got the imformation from sinoquebec.com. Now I am clear and relieved.
