That’s it, the differences between u and new immigrants are ability and opportunity, not motivation. Try to ask any new immigrants, do they need more motivation? They have enough! Now all they need is good English ability and knowledge about here. So tell them your knowledge as much as you can, you can say your new immigrant bla bla, but do not mean to them.
