:mad: 我只能说，你真倒霉。现在的情况是：这房子不能住了！
房东坏不说，关键是长蟑螂，杀都杀不掉。费了老劲喷一次药只管二月。晚上一开灯，就见蟑螂到处爬。
我也纳闷，条件那么差，人像走马灯似的换。怎么不见房子空出来？ 悄悄打听了一下，才发现原因。

１）签长LEASE，收转租费，提高房价防止新房客转租。
    LEASE必须签一年以上，四个月后，房客发现上当也跑不了。受不了也得挨一年。要转租，交一个月房租作转租费，房客按RICHARD提高了的新房价自己找人来租。他只要把房价提的高高的，房客就别想找到下家。
２）以房客制房客，保证不空房。
    上当的房客没法，只好在蒙城华人网上打广告找些新来的，或不知情的人来住。
     当房客LEASE到期搬走，没人来租时，房东就叫Janitor让楼里的房客找人来租。租出去一套，给介绍人２０－３０刀。所以，人一茬茬换，房子总不空。

     中国人好面子，吃了亏又斗不过，也不会吭声，更不会到网上发帖子。那样，更不好脱手。
楼上大尾巴狗的帖子没讲到这些RICHARD的惯用诡计。RICHARD的诡计一套套着一套。 一但被套，脱身都难。怎么都得被他扒层皮。

可以说几乎所有住他房子的中国房客都是受害者,但真要联合起来却很难.
5月4日就要开庭了,为此找了一些人却都不愿出面作证.实在没法和他斗下去.

提前交三个月房租的事情，是不合法的么？
那么为什么很多地方都在提要身份检查，如果没有工作就要提前交三个月房租，不过可以以3张支票形式，用不同时间注明呢？这样还是违法的么？

我也住在这个房子里, 蟑螂一两只, 被我用杀虫剂喷一喷就好了. 个人卫生状况要自己保持的吧, 家里垃圾成堆,  怎么放杀虫剂也没有用. 其他到没有不方便. 有人说很难拿到lease, 我到是很容易就拿到了.

4个月房租确实不合理, 不过现在这个公寓属于卖房市场, 你可以选择不接受或不租屋. 5月4日要跟房东打官司? 需要什么证明?可以说说.

对这个公寓我的体会是:地点方便, 房租便宜, 临近中国超市, 所以房租不断上涨, 属于房东说了算的卖房市场, 因为房子不愁租, 很多人想搬来住.

所以才养出了一个恶房东, 这个帖子到是可以作为130,140,150 租客委员会, 大家联合起来. 力量就大了.
