(我有写那么多吗？！朋友的一个问题，我答了2个月。。。应该崇拜一下我自己，哈哈！or :rolleyes

刚完成的葡萄酒果味比较重，更容易喝，掩饰了酒淡。但新酒的问题 : - 酒精易上头。。。。易醉也易醒 :p

另 : 如果你做白葡萄酒，超便宜 wine kit 是完全可以骗人的

。果味最重的前三个月内饮完。（红白相同） :cool:

酒色显宝石色，泛紫色光泽，入口平滑，无涩味，酒味厚重，回味有果香味。
当日的菜肴是孜然羊肉，水煮鱼，蒜泥白肉，素炒青菜，配菜感觉顺序从强到弱。
这款酒可以与中式菜肴相配，但是味重如红烧，烟熏，辣味的为佳。
开瓶当日未全饮，原瓶盖封上存入冰箱，3日后再饮，酒味更厚重，略有酸味。
个人很喜欢这款酒，好酒无法论价，只是感觉上与在SAQ一款酒有点相似，那款酒的价格大概在$18.5。

MP 后语：- 明明比我上次饮的法国酒好 (over $25) 。。。。。

（不伤心，好酒是我的功劳，酒不好是时间的问题和 wine kit 的质量(=$)！

朋友一个半月前生日，喝剩半瓶酒，让她带回家。。。。。

圣诞节，访友。。。。。一手拿着大火鸡腿，有肉怎能无酒？另一只手手

。。。。。左找右找，怎么那半瓶酒仍然存在？!

当然要倒掉。。。。。那瓶 RJS-GC-Borolo 我大老远从朋友那儿骗回来给朋友的女朋友做生日的。。。。。反正要倒，喝一口巴。。。。。妈的，我个半月前还跟朋友说那个 Borolo 太淡，不行。。。。。那半瓶酒全。。。跟火鸡腿陪葬了 :cool:

不明白你们，么能天天喝同样的酒?

楼下再楼下评语写的是四年半的 Valpolicella Ripasso，似乎还有一箱。刚刚饮完 Tuscany Rosso。今天喝最后一瓶两年的AR-Shiraz。Merlot 跟 Petit Syrah 似乎每个只剩一瓶。Pinot Grigio 跟 Red Zinfandel 去年三月已经做完，原本是圣诞酒（礼物），改变主意了，现在还是没有心情灌酒。另外的 Borolo 跟 Chianti 等我这个冬天无聊的时间做。现在我家里还在瓶子里睡觉的有:

1/07(MM/YY) - Amarone
10/07 - Nebbiolo
11/08 - California Syrah
5/08 - California Barbera
6/09 - Sicilian Chardonnay
10/09 - Montepulciano
11/09 - White Zinfandel
7/10 - Super Tuscan

自酿酒可以储存两到十年，看wine kit/葡萄汁的质量。我爱做酒，爱试酒，不常喝酒的，嗬嗬！我家的酒绝对不卖。

2009 年写的 = #109楼 +#110楼 . 您开一瓶新酒时，可以马上分n小瓶 = 倒入小啤酒瓶/小酒瓶，留0.25->0.5英寸空间，加:
- 正常的啤酒瓶盖; or
- 正常的酒瓶塞; or
- Reusable bottle with Easy Cap, in 2nd picture; or
- "~easy cap" from Dollar Store. (Red one in 1st picture, Grey one on right side of 2nd picture)

Fully sealed beer/wine bottles can be put aside for month(s), just a bit lighter. Check if reusable cap is completely seal. I don't check mine, normally drink those within few weeks. The Dollar Store caps, I believe I saw them few days ago, 3 caps/pack/~$1. Reusable.

From left to right:
- regular 750ml wine bottle with label and cap;
- 330ml Corona beer bottles = 专业型！
- 207ml Corona beer bottles = 情侣装! :cool: (瓶子是真的太小， 2人的话，需要分享或打架！)
- 250ml Evian water bottles = 生命的水 :p
- 250ml beer bottles + red colour 'easy cap', see next picture.

价格是超便宜，但质量只是可以接受的水平。

上个月我发现你们那个 1/4" Bottle Filler 好像/可能有问题。你们灌酒时，当你拉起/拿起 (=离开酒瓶底部时)，应该是停止滴酒的。有时滴数滴，算正常。一直流的，是不正常。可以 exchange for new one.

If I go to store (http://sinoquebec.com/bbs/showthread.php?t=802983), I can exchange it for u. U do estimate if it's worth running around. Costs ~$3.50 to buy a good one at any wine supply store. email me if there's any question.

Received info on 2 new products of Argentia Ridge that are sold through Costco:

1.  Château Private Selection Cabernet Sauvignon (2 X 7L) - 岛内只在 Pointe-Claire Costco 有
2.  Argentia Coast Amarone (23L Sterile Must) - 岛内只在 Anjou Costco 有

2月11日后, 哪位同学去 dowtown Bridge Costco, + 会看的 (=会分 Merlot vs. Shiraz vs. Cabernet Sauvignon), 麻烦说说是不是有三个口味 (on red, there is 1 white=Chardonnay).  我会问 Brossard 的朋友看 Brossard Costco.

下次特价应是二月底，通常额外多一个红葡萄酒。现在还未知道日期和细节。
