Red: Frontenac, ES 5-17, Sabrevois, MN1211 (coming: MN1200 . . .)
White: Frontenac Gris, La Crescent, Swenson White, Louise Swenson, ES6-16-30 . . .
1st harvest in the 3rd year. 1 mature vine gives u ~1x750ml bottle. White wines age ~6mth, red ~18mth.
* Ice wine in Quebec only started last few years, not sure variety. U can grow + make your ice wine.
(I don't know how to press the juice , but wine making process is identical to all table wine.) |
