美国NED基金
The NED makes hundreds of grants each year to support antigovernment groups in Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern
Europe, Eurasia。

newsletter and website.
World Uyghur Congress 世界维吾尔大会
$90,000
To promote democratic leadership among Uyghurs living in exile. The World
Uyghur Congress will conduct an intensive advocacy training course for
leaders of Uyghur community organizations dedicated to advancing human
rights and democracy. |
