Answer: Some prefers buying their vegetables from open market for freshness (Juice) vs. some just buy them from Maxi/Loblaw/? (Concentrate) near their place.
With your 20L carboy, u have limited yourself to juice. However, ~10-?% suppliers suggest u to make the concentrate into 20L, instead of 23L, some customers are happy with the result. ALL manufacturers suggest AGAINST it as it will make the final product(wine) off balance. Your choice!
Instead of going to St. Leonard, go to the one ~next to central market. Same thing same $. There's one ~Parc. The one in Brossard may order it for u. Don't know$ of Parc/Brossard. I won't have the 3 addresses till Sunday.
Someone on this website has an address in LaSalle, a diff. manufacturer, hope he/she sees this and give u the info. Gas is too expensive these days.
If u were going to make juice in ~30 days again, u NEED TO add all the stabilizerS/?, else MFL(2nd fermentation) may happen in bottles ~3-6 months inside your bottles. U don't ever want to try that, trust me.
Anyone disagree to whatever I say, feel free to add/correct. |
