Dawson College was founded in 1969 as the first Anglophone college in Westmount. It has an estimated 10,000 students in pre-university and technical programs and other special areas of study. Dawson also offers continuing education through evening courses in both credit and non-credit divisions. Recently, the college partnered with the University of Sherbrooke to open the Confucius Institute on its campus in Quebec. Dawson College programs include the following.

John Abbott College is another Anglophone college in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. It was founded in 1971, and it is recognized as a prominent landmark in Montreal’s West Island community. The John Abbot campus is comprised of ten buildings equipped with state of the art facilities. This includes Brittain Hall, Casgrain Center, Herzberg Building, Hochelaga Building, Penfield Building, the Science and Health Technologies Building, Steward Hall, Stewart East and Jones Building. There are an estimated 7,400 students enrolled in its career programs, pre-university programs, pathway programs, certificates and general education programs. Vanier College offers two-year pre-university and three-year technical programs. It was established in 1970 in Montreal. Champlain Regional College
Champlain Regional College was the fourth Anglophone college established in Quebec in 1971. It has approximately 4,861 students at all three campuses. It offers pre-university and technical programs and continuing education in Champlain Lennoxville, Champlain St. Lambert and Champlain St. Lawrence.
Marianopolis College
Marianapolis College is a private Anglophone college located in Westmount. It was founded in 1908, and it has a student population of less than 2,000. It offers general and vocational education. Pre-university programs require two years to complete while training programs require three years. The college offers the following academic programs.
