[手机] 现有Bell的住宅电话 -$2.5 or ~-10/mth (有点麻烦的)

美女,看你算来算去我看的头大了,我现在用的是14.95+乱七八糟的费用,大概全部下来不到17块吧。可恶的bell骗人,说是给我9.99,结果我打电话过去问,他们说要用电视cable一起,才能享受这个优惠。万恶啊万恶,不过比rogers好,rogers本来给我12.49的,后来1年满了,也不通知我,突然就来了个账单,30多块,晕掉了,马上换到bell去,哈哈

好像N年前用过bell的服务,后来涨价就cancel了,然后bell就时不时的寄优惠卡,信啊,什么的过来,好像坚持寄了1年多,哈哈

My Experience: 5 times, got $135 credit + $40 to come

5a) July 13, 09 - called 514-310-BELL . . .  Loyalty Dept., bloody Quebec woman told me only 1 or 2 year contract

5b) July 13, 09(called right after :mad - 1-866-623-3922  .  .  .  asked for "Loyalty Dept", another -$25 +-$5x3. :p

* I still don't understand the whole thing, following are my experience *
1) March 26, 08 -  Retention Dept. - $25(4/08) + -$5x3(4-6/08). [color="Red"](1st time)

2) July 22, 08 - Loyalty/Promotion Department - $-$25(8/08) +-$5x3(8-10/08) [color="Red"](2nd time)

3a)  Oct. XX - Loyalty Dept. - the girl tried (-$40 again) but too early to put new set of credit on system.  Suggested me to call again few days before Billing, i.e. ~end of month for me.

3b)  Oct. 30 - Loyalty Dept. - the guy was in bad mood, told me he couldn't continue to give me credit.

3c) Nov. 19, 08 - Loyalty Dept. , girl said 3 months $18.41.  I didn't want to continue talk talk :frown:, assumed that there will be -$25 at the end of 3 months, MISTAKE.  Only got -$5x3, total $15 only. [color="Red"](3rd time)

4) March 17, 09 - Called 1-866-623-3922  .  .  .  transferred to "romotion Dept", another -$25 +-$5x3. [color="Red"](4th time)

Believe your $4 : (Jul04-Jul27)=24days/30days x $5(per month)=$4. +2 taxes.

Based on your info, believe:
- your billing date end on 27th of every month,
- your promotion started ~April 4,
1) On your ~April 27 billing, they gave u $4 for April 4-April 27, [color="Red"]+
2) -$5 for 28/4-27/5, +
3) -$5 for 28/5-27/6, +
4) -$5 for 28/6-27/7.

Promotion only for 3x$5, they are just getting back their extra $4.  Their billing system is stupid.

Time to call Bell again for another $25+3x$25, IF U DON'T MIND THE TROUBLE.  U will have extra problem with your LD blocking.  Else u can consider their 6x$5 for 1 year contract or 12x$5 for 2 years contract.

Your bill is about $30 this time, tell them it's too expensive, friend of yours tell u to switch to a cheaper company, etc.  Whatever u want to get another discount.

Primus regular land line is $19.99+$0.4x +taxes only.  My Bell is $0 this month +~$11 credit.  I'll call Bell next month to cancel the package ([color="Red"]need 30 days notice), then call Primus in 2 months to switch.  I am tired=烦.

I got this prom 3 mths ago, the bill for this mth was supposed to get back to regular which is 26$ something, but I have an extra charge of "order #CR048215 removal"(4$) for Jul04-Jul27 period on my bill, do u have any idea on it?

Please help me sort it out, thanks a lot!

BTW, concerning the LD block, the last time I called in order to get this prom pkg, the agent talked to customer service to unblock it while she was putting the prom into the system and I wasnt charged for unblockage and my LD is still unclocked.
