this dealer is located the corner of St-Jacques and Decarie.

I bought a new car from this dealer. The technician always tried hard to sell some service when i returned to do maintenance for the car. Recent incident was annoying, but i finally fixed the problem with them.

I had them repaired my brake system and windshield liquid pump.

I just replaced my brake pads last year.

they told me my brake system was finished and my windshield liquid pump was faulty. $400 for brake and $400 for pump and labour. i agreed to the estimate over the phone.

When i went to get my car, i paid for my brake and waiting for back order of pump.

I felt strange they changed whole brake system, but i had no choice but paid bcs i agreed to them over the phone.

By accident, i was shopping in Canadian Tire, and was checking how much it would  cost for a windshield pump. i was told that it costs $22 plus $60 of labour. i knew i was cheated by dealer.

i called the piece department of thedealer directly, and was told $62.00 for the pump. I called back to service department checking again why she gave the estimate of $250.00(part)+$121(labor), the person told me it is the correct estimate...........................

Finally i filed a complaint to director of the dealer (with copies of receipts from Canadian Tire). With negociation, they paid me back $172.00.

The point is that i would be cheated if the pump was installed in the dealer.

just give friends an example of handling untrustable garages.

买车后的唯一两次修车经历。

一个月前在加艺修的发电机和Boots，选择加艺主要是网上名声尚可，且价钱便宜很多（相对CanadianTire）。修车后出现两大问题：1 发动机噪音变大 （解决办法：自己调松皮带）。 2 油门附近的底盘经常传来巨大的噪音和震动。（不知如何解决，找到加艺，老板说没事）。

半个月前又去加艺换了前后刹车$120，现在刹车时，刺耳噪音不断。换刹车时，发现新刹车片做工粗糙。 （解决办法：准备过了冬天去CanadianTire 或Walmart 重新换刹车）。

总结： 修车时应该是省钱了，但是今后付出的会更多。咳.... 修车行，天下乌鸦一般黑！下次不知道该去哪修了，想一想，可能还是运气最重要。

买车5个星期， 去了嘉义两次。

第一次， 换机油25刀， 发动机的皮带有些噪音， 检查了说皮带老化， 换一个50刀（含人工）， 觉得还能用，就没换
第二次， MUFFLER破了洞， 声音太大， 震的受不了了。 去换了一个120刀（含人工），感觉新的MUFFLER 就是一般的小厂生产的。

修的时候也老是觉得贵， 被宰了。 但是现在看以前的帖子说别的地方换个driving belt要160刀， 换个MUFFLER要3，4百（我不知道你们要换的是不是什么增压的）。 好像嘉义还算是便宜的了。 服务嘛也感觉还凑活。

请问在那家车行换刹车比较好？ 虽然我没去过Walmart 和 CanadianTire 换过刹车，但我想可以选择有保证的Parts。

在加艺修车，可能是要看谁给你修。换Boots时，要拆前轴， 同时应该更新万向轴承黄油，即使我要求了，Mehcanic 说没事不给换。我猜测地盘的噪音应该是由于滚珠错位，可能碎了。换刹车时，眼看一个垫片掉下来，Mechanic 说不是我车上的。

我相信Mechanic 的技术应该没问题，问题是他是不是认真去修。

一直是在佳艺修的车，佳艺原来还可以，象以前有个韩国人，还有一个广东人还行。不过前段时间换了不少人，新来了三个一老一少，看起来是越南人，还有一个中年老外，都很烂，那老外连焊接都不懂，那小的矮个越南人态度差，活看起来也不行，帮我焊的小挂钩还没到家就断了。还有那个黑人活特别粗而且只会简单的活，有次帮我卸螺丝，搞不下来就用火烧，结果把转向轴的皮套烧穿了，黄油在回家路上全喷出来了，还好马上去caa检查发现了，还有一个印巴人，没让他做过，感觉一般。

以后希望大家多互相帮助，其实很多东西自己可以搞的，我也经常帮朋友修了几个车，换电瓶。换派气管带子，换灯泡，我现在就是不知道一些材料的英文名字，要是知道了可以免费为大家换，另外做防锈用什么样的油，自己喷应该效果一样。

哇赛，现在这个天气自己钻到底盘下面还是要些勇气的，在轱辘店看到一种叫什么rust coating 的防锈油，和汽车漆放在一起，一瓶20刀，光涂小车底盘大概够了。

加艺换胎防锈手艺和费用如何？另外想换前大灯罩，有没有朋友知道的推荐一个较全的STORE，或GARAGE？谢！
