你可真会避重就轻，请他验房，以后有问题，5000元下的损失，自己掏钱，这可得有不少东西不保险吧？你说这条件你能满意吗？。那5000元以上的有没有什么条件？

1.验房好不好与族裔无关，你这话说得冠冕堂皇，魁瓜生于斯，他们应该比移民更了解本地房屋情况，知道如何修理，重要或不重要。你不会连这么简单的事都看不到吧？还是知道成心不说。你是否知道你推荐的不是魁瓜，从你竭尽心力，转移目标，不顾基本事实的发帖，明眼人都能看出来。现在大家都知道事实。你不想继续讨论，放心这里没人强人所难。

魁瓜天然=更了解？本论坛众多活跃的华人验屋师都会辩驳你的。就不用我多说了。华人也好、其它移民也好，不只是验屋行业，其它行业也是如此，我们很多时候需要付出更多的努力才能达到更好的程度。这也是我们第一代甚至第二代移民都在努力的事情，而且成功案例很多。妄自菲薄没有必要。

开始回避问题了，这事不止我看重，（看此贴上升的人数挺多，可见咱们国人买房需求极大，值得骄傲）。所有买房的都看重。不想为难你，只想提醒你一下，是你的验屋师想要进入咱们华人市场，这里也不止你一个验房师，我找谁就不劳你费心了。前面你说过有问题尽管提，我重复一下上一帖的问题，5000元以上的是无条件负责吗？谢谢

关于是否有条件限制的原回答：Not really. The insurance is for the protection of the inspector against any potential reclamation in case the latter made an error or a mistake during his service.

补充一下关于保险信息：

5000以下验屋师自己赔付，5000以上保险赔付。

If the reclamation of the client is below 5000$, the inspector will pay for the mistake or the error he made. If the reclamation is above 5000$ the insurer will pay. It is what we call in french (Franchise = 5000$). So, the client is 100% protected in case the inspector made a professional error or mistake.

For those who are looking for a reliable Home Inspector, I know the inspector/expert ANTOINE BRIDI who is used to buyers' concerns and is well appreciated:
- Member in both AIBQ (association des inspecteurs en batiment du Quebec) and OTPQ (Ordre des technologues professionnels du Quebec).
- Holds an insurance up to one million dollars to guarantee the protection of his client against any professional Error or Omission.   
- He begins his work by reading and asking accurate questions to the owner regarding the Declaration Of The Vendor (very important document for consideration).
- Spends 4 to 5 hours during a meticulous inspection.
- Repeats explaining the denoted anomalies until he makes sure that his client understood well his point of view.
- At the end of the inspection, he spends 20 to 30 minutes with his client to make a general briefing, listens carefully to the questions and answers clearly with sketches for a better comprehension.

- Delivers the report within 2 days maximum.
- After the inspection service, he is open to answer at any time to his client's questions and concerns.
- Works with very reasonable prices, if we consider the generous time he uses to spend during and after the inspection to build his report.
