他刚刚帮我验好房，各个部分检查得很仔细，难为这么厚重的身体拍到阁楼逐一检查，检查以后的讲解也很详细。

Antoine Bridi is not a simple inspector. He is member in the Order of thechnologues OTPQ and member in AIBQ and has master degree in Architecture.

You did a very good choice, congratulation !

I have never seen before a home inspector spending 5 to 7 hours during his service. Antoine Bridi does this because he respects his client and his profession.

Antoine Bridi前两天刚给我们验过房，人很不错，零下十几度的，里里外外验了快5个小时。

我们刚请验过房子，发现房东隐瞒了一些问题。
并给出了很好的建议！

本人这星期刚验完房，这是我第二次请他验房。他工作十分认真，仔细检查每个细节，共用了四个多小时，连房主人都惊叹他的敬业精神，向他要电话以备将来买房时用，验完房子他还仔细向我解释房子存在的每个问题，那些是急需解决的，那些是可和房主砍价的等等。总之两次验房都十分的满意，

验房很重要，一个好的验房师可以帮你发现问题并省去很多麻烦，有些甚至是安全的隐患。下面的英文是一位老外经纪发给我的他目前的一位买家验房的情况：Inspector found vermiculite in the attic and we will be testing it for asbestos. 我对这些东西不太懂，查了查，石棉会危及身体健康。以前有一个学生，告诉我她的验房师收费是$300，她还讲了点价，便宜了$20，说查了一个多小时，我说你真会办事情。有朋友告诉我，有很多职业的服务是不能讲价的，比如会计，验房师也应该算这一类。很多人喜欢盯着眼前的一点小便宜，结果可能吃大亏而不自觉。

自己的一点感想与大家分享。我希望我需要验房师的时候能碰上一位真正敬业的验房师，收费不是问题，想一想，几百块与几十万，甚至身体健康，比起来哪个重要？

Antoine Bridi今天帮我们验房近5个小时！无论从专业和敬业角度来说，都是值得称赞的！你可以不信，但是我不能不说事实。有这样的验房师，真的是买房者的幸运。:wink:
