年也过完了，贴子却沉了。赶紧顶起来。免得楼主想继续写找不到地方。   ;)

回来了，继续写帖子．
去年去写了个RESP的帖子，好心提供点比较，看法，结果让那些推销团体基金的人砸了个伤心透，真的不想上这个网站了．同样的话题，在华枫网和多伦多上，大家出主意，分析，从来没有见人砸砖头的．这里是不同于别的网站．
但是这个论坛还有人关注，我逃走了，就对不起大家了．

从2月10日起，每日更新．在旧贴上更改，以使保持段落完整，方便阅读．
苦恼的是中文输入不好，用英语写，又怕影响有些朋友的阅读习惯．

hi upstairs, I think you need a construction electrician not a industry electrician title technician which Mr. A-B achieved. Furthermore, Quebec is different with other province, even somebody has a national electrician license, he still need to achieve the special Quebec consttruction electrician license( a special French version test) , then he can have the permission to check your power system and give the legal letter for your case in Montreal.  

Most chinese electrician I know got the license from Toronto which is the national license, they can not help you in this case, sorry. You 'd better to hire a local Quebec construction electrician to help you out.

I hope one day I can see the real chinese Quebec construction license holder! If somebody know this, please tell me. Thanks.
