I called bell to stop service(30 in advance) in Dec 2006, 1# lady gave me 3 offers:
1) 6 months 25$ + 6 months 30 $, unlimited
2) 1 months free + 5 months xx$, + 6 months yy$, unlimited
3) 3 free, 3x20, 3 x 32.95 + 30G as the 2 cases below.
Since my service ended in 20th Jan, I called back in 15th Jan, 2# lady told me no more unlimited-plan at all, I asked her to let me talk with another person, but the 3# lady who speaks English well, gave me same answer, I had no way but to agree with 3). She gave me confirmation number.
The bad thing is, bell sends me bill after 20th, charging me 45$+tax, I called back and one guy said the correction will be done next month, credit will be sent to credit-card. Anyway, I will see the new bill this week.
I was told 30 G will be monitored, no matter you are new/existing client. Be careful !!

以前是3M.我要求他们提速，一个曾经在中国人的计算机公司工作过的技术机员，一方调试后，告诉我第二天下载可以达到300K－400K。第二天果然快了一些。我没有测试过网速。
合同上有30G的流量限制，但是服务人员说，对老用户，没有流量限制。

大家好.我的情况和F的情况一样,也是合同上写的有30G的限制.我打电话回去问,客服又说对老客户不限.有没有哪位朋友已经使用了这个服务.我是记录了 客服的名字,工号,电话号,但是不晓得这些信息有没有用.毕竟合同上是写清楚这个限制的,真要打官司对我也不利.现在BELL真是越来越坏了,促销计划越 来越少.被惯的．
