in my case, i got the full application kit at the first time. do you mean the letter from cic? if it's from qc, why not contact them to get more info?

maybe you are right, the qc should gave me all the documents. but i just don't know which is the form of csq,and confused why echo did not received the csq from qc. could you list your form from qc?

1, 传真或邮寄回去的是哪个啊？a-0546-gf?这个表是一式四联的啊，传真回去能行吗？可不可以在这边找人代写一下？这个一式四联的表就是传说中的csq申请表吗？（法文的）
2, 有一个a-0591-f的法文表好像是付费的，但不知道要付多少啊，有一封法文信，上面有250$和100$两个数字，还有老婆的名字，其他的都看不懂，是付250吗？
3, 我比较了一下，和 a-0520-bf，一个是英文的一个是法文的，内容一样，法文的把名字打印上去了，我应该填哪个呢？还是都填？
4, 最后一个是a-0527-fo,法文表，能看懂的在标题上有个co-signataire.是给副担保人填的吗？俺没有，是不是不用交了？

我在a-0520-ba上签了名，交回我老公，他在那边连同其他的一起交上去，以上是csq request form, 然后就等quebec那边审批，通过了就发给我们CSQ

请问一下，1.你们从移民局收到你们材料到担保通过花了多少时间？
2.担保通过是不是有联邦的确认信呢？
3.担保通过后到魁省发给你们CSQ申请表又是多少时间呢？

期待你的答复，这样心里能有数一点。

I received the approval letter from Federal Government on Sep.9. My wife got a letter from Beijing Embassy today asking for CSQ. But I still haven't received any letter from Quebec(MRCI) about the CSQ. Is it normal? Or something went wrong? How to contact MRCI? Thanks.
