sorry i didn`t see your post until this afternoon. in my opinion, it`s better for you to wait for the letter from immigration office. If you do the medical test yourself, it`s difficult to tell which application --- old or new --- applies to your case. so you must wait.

I believed that the Medicine Form shows which visa office where you file is processing.
