1. ask your friend if you can find one who is good enough at French.

2. if you know what the form is, you can download an English version from website of QUE-IMMI.

the whole process effiency is depend on my wife's medical exam and other matters to HK, not my form filling to Quebec.

so ,it will ont waste our time to ask them to send me an english version.

8月13，资料寄出到Mississauga
8月30, 回信说批准,并把资料转到北京使馆和魁省
9月11, 收到魁省资料,要求填表
9月19, 表递到魁省(他们给的全是法文的,我浪费了几天时间在跟他们要求英文版的资料.)
9月23,收到北京使馆的档案号,及要求的填写资料,及我的护照全本复印.还有体检通知及提供她的护照
10月12体检
10月21资料寄出,除了护照(她当时还没有)
11月25护照寄出(护照办理时间可真够长)
1月6日接到使馆电话,问寄还是自己取,当然自己去啦.
签证是12月10日签完的,拖了1个月才通知我,不过还好啦,有了签证,夫复合求?
好了,如果有什么问题你们认为我可以帮忙,就问我吧.

it took him only 8 days to send back the forms of Que-immi. consequently, the forms have nothing to do with your wife's medical exam.
