thank you HTX2003. i think you give me an answer on my question. could you tell me usually how long we can get these PR card. before getting the card, can they go back to china? at this time i really don't want them to stay in canada so long. i mean if it is possible after getting the card, i mail them back to china for them to reentry.

  有没有由香港派发体检通知的呢？是不是香港的速度会比北京的慢些？

  我们2月10号递交材料的，还没拿到体检通知，心里很是着急！

IT SEEMS FASTER THAN BEFORE.
2.13 MAIL APPLICATION TO CPC
2.28 CPC ANSWER
3.4 RECEIVED CSQ FORM
3.20 FILE NO, ME

ONE PERSON FROM 1.7 APPLY TO 3.20 GET LANDING PAPER, JUST SPENT 72DAYS!

本人即将开始办理妻子团聚，据说2003年2月17日后申请程序有变，通过CIC网站了解后还有些迷惑，不知魁省目前的申请步骤到底如何（1,2,3,4,)，望告知！

--- your question is not clear. you will receive application forms for CSQ ,and your undertaking.

Where to pay $250?

--- many choices. credit card, certified cheque, or money order.

Do you guys know CIC forwarded our applications to Canada embassy at the same time as forwarding to MRCI?

--- exactly.

How long need to prepare MRCI forms?

--- if you know French, 20 minutes for undertaking. however, you must mail the CSQ forms to your spouse, so the time depends on how long it will take for mailing to and back the forms.
