我只是说了个事实而已, 信不信由你, 我姨当时买的是二手房(1997建), 是和Senkus相交的chouinard街, 二楼 (共3层好像还有半地下一层), 大4半(大约1250尺左右), 双卫 (主卧直通主卫), 临街, 中央空调, 一个室外停车位, 现在同街的另外2套同型房叫价一个27.9W(7101, chouinard), 一个29.9W(7124A, chouinard, 物主是个老太太, 夏天经常见), 你可以到www.mls.ca上检索, 我现在也租住在这儿, 我的两个华人邻居去年3月份和8月份各买了套一楼+basement+双车库 大约24W左右, 不过在我附近的一个老外的一套同型号的房子去年11(或者12?)月份叫价31.9W(地址可能是7120 chouinard, 因为就在我住的附近), 今年1月份在mls上已经查不到这个房源了, 估计已经卖出,至于成交价,我不知道 (哪天遇到打听下), 感觉Lasalle区靠近地铁的房价上升的太快了点, 这片Condo小区的中国人是越来越多了(或许是华人购房者抬高了房价? 夏天去Angrignon公园靠近这片condo的有儿童娱乐设施的地方看看, 简直都快Chinatown了).

u got the point.....been chat with linda parent, she told me Angrignon price was hike last yr abt 60k, cause newly build two blocks of condos, also now the rate for the house loan just 5% now
