旧有的共产党已经蜕变成压制民声，贪官污吏为所欲为，打击良善，混乱中国传统美德，动摇国家的基本经济秩序，物价飞涨，普通百姓陷入痛苦的深渊，甚至无法保证最基本的吃，住，行的最低生活条件。这样的社会制度应该到了必须改变的时候。此时的共产党已经在社会生活的许多方面走向了四十年代国民党倒台时非常相似的局面，他们已经不再是为人民服务，而是在不断地损害人民的基本利益，走向了人民的反面，而更多地用无耻的伎俩骗取人民的钱财和岁税，树立他们的伟大政绩。
取消人民代表大会制度，因为这些代表不能真正代表人民的利益说话。
二十多年来,改革开放的尝试和邓小平南海开发的政策引导为中国引入了新的时期,但是好景不长,很多富商获得了更大的经营空间和机会,他们的收入比以前大大提高了,但是相比之下,贫穷的百姓和工薪阶层却变的更为贫穷,两极分化非常严重,他们已经支付不起生活的高费用.很多人很多年收入的增加要远远小于物价和消费的成倍增加. 很多的年轻人买不起房子,车子,结不起婚, 还要经受煤水电气各项最基本生活需求费用的成倍付出. 许多人找不到工作,人民生活于困苦之中.
在毛主席创建共产党之初,他代表广大平民的利益,打土豪,分田地,人民当家作主,生活虽然贫困,但人民内心很平静平和和快乐.但是近十几年来,共产党制定的政策却是为富人服务的,他们已经不再为人民谋幸福,而是千方百计地攫取和骗取人民的信任和辛苦赚来的血汗钱. 而同时附加给人民痛苦和磨难. 这个党已经不把人民当回事了.
载舟覆舟，穷苦人民用了几百万人的代价换来了共产党的新生，期盼能过上幸福安乐的生活，朱毛刘邓的时期，确实是为百姓谋福利，把人民的民生民意放在第一位，尽管领袖的光环时常笼罩，甚至有了错误的冲昏头脑的决定致使文革的动荡，也仍然使人们感到共产党的领导仍然是当之无愧的，那时候人民追随共产党，一方面是崇拜领袖的魅力，另一方面，也由于中国独立自主，自力更生的正确的方向，使得人们的生活有了奋斗的方向，有了实现美好生活的希望。人民的精神境界是高尚的和如浴春风般的。
九三年之前的社会生活还是比较稳定的，经济处于增长时期，从拨反文革和七八年革新政策的尝试，中国出现了恢复生机，重现活力的局面。尽管期间有了八九运动的倒共的声音，但是由于经济大环境的稳定，下岗职工并不很多，很多工人和企业职员在忙于生计和照顾家庭，没有参加到以学生为主体的请愿运动中去。遗憾的是这次运动热情有余但纪律不足，结局是被政府以平暴的借口以武力镇压下去了。但是也第一次在共产党的历史上凸显了全国范围内的民众的呼声。这次呼声是以惩办贪官为基本要求的，一次正当的民众举谏运动，当局本大可以和婉地接受建议，但是却如临大敌般的封闭了民众的言路，并随后大规模地清洗了请愿的参与者。建立了言论的相对真空。然而，对于贪官的惩治只是无伤大雅地走个台步。
其后的十五年，中国的发展走向了混乱和恶化的时代。中共在取得改革的初步成功之后，没有能清醒认识为之所付出的代价，而是采取了大规模的捞快钱和涸泽而渔的发展政策。一方面，歌功颂德的政客们为谋得青眼而大肆鼓吹改革开放的大好成就，阿谀之辞充斥党内国内。有的把中国比做大唐盛世，同时也在为自己牟取私利，贪官污吏大批涌现。另一方面，大批的下岗职工出现了，尽管下岗机制的最初制定是为了激励企业提高生产效率，优化职工素质的措施，但是仅仅几年之后，人民已经发现越来越多的人成了下岗职工，新毕业的大学生也面临着艰难的择业困境，很多企业门槛高悬，使很多硕士博士毕业的学生都很难找到合适的工作。而与之相对应的应该是在职员工的工资的提高，但实际上，很多员工并没有感到收入的适度增长。人民的生活基本保障变的异常脆弱。这个趋势发展到2000年之后变的越来越严峻。确实有的行业和企业如石化，电信职工的待遇很优厚，基本没有后顾之忧，但是同样的事实是更多的行业和公司企业的职工收入非常微薄，十几年来没有多少改善。
与此同时，中国感受到了来自于经济成本增长和生活压力提高的挤压，也在多年不断地积累，而没有时间休养生息。森林矿产资源的过度开采殆尽，使得煤水电气的成本几倍提高，企业在无法找到降低成本的出路时，只好以裁员作为手段。另一方面，很多如造纸企业以牺牲外环境而节约内部成本的方式，污染了大片的河流和土地。中国的水，煤，土地变的贫瘠甚至匮乏了，已经由一个地大物博的国家变为了资源紧张，能源短缺的国家，而化肥和的过量使用使得米，面，蔬菜中的威胁不断的增长，中国人在食用天然食品的可能性竟然也变小了，他们不得不为食用绿色食品而付出更多的钞票。而2007年开始的新一轮的以肉类食品为代表的物价的全面上涨，已经显示出了土地支持农业发展能力的坍塌和通货膨胀时期的来临。这意味着土地承受不起化肥的施撒，农民承受不起化肥价格的上涨和政府政策的欺骗和各种苛捐杂税的征敛。同时，中国普通城镇职工的收入有多少增长呢？应该说相比于这些基本生活物质物价的上涨和更为疯狂的房价的上涨。而这一切巨大代价的付出，只是为了换得中国GDP的两位数的增长。
近年来的趋势已经显示出来，共产党推行了无数的政策，没有能够让中国的百姓过上更幸福的生活，而是千方百计地愚弄人民，骗取人民的钱财，他们已经不是在为中国的人民谋幸福，已经不再是毛及其后两代领导人的带领的那个政党了，今天的共产党已经变的面目全非，它不允许来自民众的自由的呼声，把暴力施加于爱戴他们的人民的身上，吸食人民的血肉，给自己披上改革开放成功者和经济快速发展的推动者的神圣圣衣，却避而不谈中国为之付出的沉重代价。但是它却能允许大批的赃官，贪官，污吏横行于中国，贪污营私舞弊百千万亿的资产而疏于查处惩罪，而仅以开除党籍，记过处分，然后调任其他部门的轻微处罚了事。
当然，它也有给予一些大案的各省贪污高官治罪，不过大都免死，这也是不得已而为之，可谁都知道，这些高官手里有很多钱，也很有权势，他们还能贿赂量刑法官减免刑期，最后不过多受几年罪，过后还能照样出来。官道如此，党运如何，国运如何可想而知。中国的社会今天走到这个地步，共产党作为执政党负有不可推卸的毁国之罪。而谁又能再信任这样的政党呢？同时，它还能允许各种丑恶现象在中国的泛滥，性交易，大学生娼妓，吸毒，假货，网上诈骗，黑恶导游遍布各大城市。人民的生存环境急剧恶化。道德水准严重倒退。人与人之间的真诚和信任被冷漠代替。 而另一败坏人心的国家豢养的城市执法大队，却对于那些多由下岗职工组成的市场摊贩到处驱赶，没收货物，罚款，殴打甚至致死。手段的凶暴无法令人容忍。
而改革后的教育体系和医疗体系又是怎样的呢？国家的教育已经发展成为敛钱的工具，每个家庭要为子女付出高昂的学费，而毕业之后却很难找到工作。学不能以至用的教育又有什么用？简直是在浪费学生家庭的钱财和时间。而医疗，每人每年几百块钱的医疗费都不能报销，有很多企业甚至得等好几年才能报一年的药费。而药品的价格贵得惊人，人民变的看不起病，住不起院。药品的质量经常出现问题。医院用它锋利的手术刀割去了人民收入的一大块却仍不能保证人民的基本健康。而这笔费用每个人却不得不交，这真可以说是生命抢劫。
我们有政党,却不能带领人民走向幸福的生活;我们有喉舌,却不能让人民畅谈思想；我们有军队和警察,却不能用来惩治贪官污吏,而是镇压民众的呼声和封闭言路；我们有教育,却培养不出为企业所需的职员；我们有医疗,却无法解决人民的健康之忧。这样的执政党我们再也信任和供养不起了。
我们要成立新的政党—中国大自由同盟，以取代现有的腐朽的共产党，在费尽心力完成08奥运之后，这是她执政期间唯一的亮色吧。她也该退出历史舞台了。这也算是一个比较不错的结局。新的政党将不在继续旧有的政策，而将要在很多方面做出改变。历史总是在重演，当一个旧的制度变的腐朽的时候，新的社会制度会酝酿然后取代她，并在前进的方向上做出调整和重新布局。这是时代的大趋势。当这个新的政党也变得败坏之后，也会有另一个新的政党来接替她。
新的中国大自由同盟将制定以下的政策并施行。
缩减政府的规模，新的政党将是一个组织简化，政策平稳，雇佣更少的官员来推行和运作政策的政府。
职能专门化和人性化，机制灵活，言论自由宽松，接受民意，开放面对批评和建议。
自力更生的同时，也更加注重国际需求，融合和合作。
更多的注重于保障占人口97%的普通百姓的基本生活空间，用政府的职能干预和指导社会保障部门发展产业保证低收入人口的生存，就业，住房，医疗，保障大多数人民群众的基本生活秩序，解除失业的危机。
对于占人口比例很少的富商和高收入人群，给予相对宽松的政策，但是在一定的范畴内限制其作为。在重大的政策和关键的领域要由政府管辖，不能放给私营经济实体。
政府应该代表人民，应该尊重每个人的声音和权利，各种重大政策方针的制定不应以个人财富的多少和职务的高低来衡量，应该以大多数人民或选民的意志来决定。
政府在任职期间，应该具有最高的被赋予的权力，如果遇到阻碍政策的走向和实施的势力，应该及时地清除阻力。
但政府同时必须负有最直接的义务和责任，对其所制定政策的合理性负责和宗旨必须以利于人民群众的幸福，利益和愿望为出发点。政府在任届期间的作为应该全程接受专门独立监督部门的检查，监察机构的责任则是观察和跟踪政府的政策实施的效果并做出评价，可以随时向政府提出实时监督任何级别上的政府活动，但是应该具有一定的时长限制。以增加政府行为的透明度。在政府卸任之后如果评级为恶劣的政府应该被追索责任和罪行。但是监察部门本身不具有干涉政府行为的权力。监察机构的人员构成则应该是非主流的党外人士，具有良好的道德作风和行为准则。
现任的人民代表大会制度因为不能对共产党政权做出监督和有效的处理和提呈取消和限制明显不合理和不符合群众利益的社会现象和腐败官员，并同时它自己本身也有很多贪官和党员的身份，所以使其提出建议的可能性都大大降低，所以应该取消这个制度。应代替以一个新的监督制度和机制。另外，从人民的角度出发，既然这些人民代表不能代表人民的利益和心声，我们就要自己捍卫自己的权利。因为法律赋予每个人平等的权利，那么对于每一项政府出台的政策，我们就要充分地表达自己的见解，每项政策都要在获得大多数人民赞同的前提下才能实施。
取消现有的共产党的制度,需要我们人民下很大的决心和勇气来进行，这是很困难的，因为我们要屏除的是几千万人的政党，以及它所关联的围护势力，规模可能会达到上亿人，我们要做的不是要杀掉这些人，而是要他们放弃手中的人民赋予他们而没有被好好运用的权力，所有的共产党党员不能再在领导岗位上任职，虽然他们是很大的一群人，但是相比之下更多人口的十亿人民而言，我们更放在心上的是更广大群众的利益，他们的衣食住行基本生活，而不是什么骑在人民头上贪污腐化，鼓吹政绩，挥霍公款，生活糜化的腐朽官员的利益，以及在他们影响下所引领和败坏的社会风气和各种丑恶现象的泛滥。这种现象在北京出现的尤为严重。做这个抉择是很痛的，毕竟共产党是曾经与人民同甘共苦的带领人民走出贫困的政党，但是他们的后代却在几十年后走向了腐化，并一再再而三地用无耻的伎俩欺骗广大百姓，并把群众的生活带向了失业，居无定所，没有实际有效的医疗保障的深渊，变成了打击和镇压群众呼声的残暴政府。他们违背了邓小平在南海对他们的鼓励和期望的初衷，也毁坏了中国几千年的传统美德和中国人民的美好生活。而换来的是混乱，威胁，欺诈，饥饿，败坏，污染，动荡，压力，焦虑，以及烂肆的文化。 这一切必须立即停止。中国人民的生活要重新回到正常的轨道上来。
这个要求是迫切的，因为我们要救人民，我们不能眼看着群众长期挣扎在困苦求生和动荡混乱的社会环境中，这不是社会主义。新的政党将会最大限度的驱除旧有共产党的影响，它的建立在中国历史上将是影响深远的，最显著的特点是标志一个时代的结束和中国人民新生活的开始。其成立和行政将是为最贫困的占人口绝大多数的普通中国工人，农民，低收入的工薪阶层，下岗失业者，新毕业的学生和城乡的劳动者服务，保障其最基本的生活来源和福利保障，逐年提高他们的生活水平。这是我们工作的重中之重。
新的政党将会保持经济的平稳运行。平衡产业链条，不过度刺激发展某一行业。抑制过度发展的泡沫经济，降低经济运行速度，减轻中国企业和社会的负担。降低行业的产能消耗，给过度开发的中国大地以休养生息的机会。为中国企业能够得到持续发展的后劲储备力量。
对于事业刚起步的小生产者，小加工企业和个体经营的企业，公司，商店和饭店和市场摊贩及刚从业的个体经营者，给于宽松的环境促进其发展，减免税赋，维护市场的繁荣。
对于大中型企业，在行业内已经有稳定客户源的公司或收入丰厚的企业，征收较多的税额，对于高收入人群征收个人收入税，中低收入不征收。
新的政党将不以百姓生活所需的衣食住行行业为经济发展的支柱产业，如食品业和菜篮子工程，并不会放权给私营企业，把企业控制在政府手中，并设立增长指数监控，以严格控制物价的增长幅度。当物价运行超过指数时，政府就会运用手中的企业力量来调控物价，平稳市场。指数的设立为进一步的调控提供了双重的保障，一方面，我们用生产来平抑物价；另一方面，对于物价快速增长的某行业征收超增税额，进一步限制行业的涨价行为。也就是说，在市场运行的机制下，增加了政府的干预措施。增强了防范风险和不正常发展的可能性。
房地产市场，政府同样会采取大幅度的措施，增大保障性房产的建立。在不干预现有市场的同时，我们可以允许房地产市场有更高的发展空间，有可以高过现在房价的两倍，三倍甚至更高的房价的出现，这是正常的，因为有需求的存在，我们不会限制房地产行业的发展。这是良性的。但是这样的房产是为少数的富人的需求的设立的。我们应该满足他们的要求；但是新任的政府要做的是建立国有化控制的房地产企业，掌握大量的资金，建立第一需求的指定房地产附属企业如建材企业等相关行业的独立机制来建立大量的能为普通工薪阶层所能接受的，他们能有足够能力购买的普通房和廉价房，来解决他们的住房问题。这样的企业是微薄利润的或无利润的公益性企业，为政府所管辖，为百姓所服务。
政府的行政空间是自由的，但她也是廉洁的，她的施政措施可以涉及到各行各业，她的收入来源于税收，其中的绝大部分会用于建设和维护百姓的生活生计。每年她的财政节余将会很少。到了下一界政府接任时她将转移全部的财政节余和建设报告给接任者。政府的机构也将是非常小型化的。
政府会限制当前的基础设施的过度建设，以避免相关的部门从中渔利，并病态地用豆腐渣工程来愚弄百姓。同时会把大量的精力转到建设百姓普通住房上来。普通住房的质量将是坚固的具有足够的防震，防火，防风级别。
我们还会在环境的整治上做细致的工作，过往的工作可能过粗过滥，影响了实际运行的效果。同时我们会做大量的工作在恢复土地使用率，土地地力，治理沙尘，水土流失和大江大河下游淤泥的治理。
由于以上的工作将是长期进行才能见效的，所以需要专门的部门雇佣大量的专业人员进行长期的具体工作，所以将会把公务员机制引入这些行业，给他们很好的福利待遇，期望他们能为国效力，而其他行业的公务员如行政，司法等尽量裁减，减少文案工作人员。
中国有公款吃喝的恶习，每年浪费大量的钱财，造成社会的风气低俗，很多官员都是疲于应付酒宴，新政府将建议取消该政策和财政计划，私人性质的请客不受限制, 单位规模的酒宴可以年度举行。
中国的军队应该说是世界上最优秀的部队,但同时也是最悲惨的部队。年年抗洪救灾他们都流血牺牲，但却得不到人民的同情。他们是强大的，但是却是缺乏头脑的。无论命令是合理还是不合理， 他们都去执行，这样的军队是可怕的和不自觉的。如果被恶势力掌握的话，后果将是灾难性的。新政党将动用军队打击黑恶势力，维护国家稳定，而不是用来镇压人民群众的民主运动和学生运动。并赋予军队自我机动权力，对不合理的命令可以不执行，并具有建议权，允许部队具有上书和陈述自己意见的权利。 重大的和大规模的军事行动，军队内部应表决通过，并提交全国人民认可。新政党施政后将减少部队抗洪规模，而代替以江河治理减少洪灾的发生。
新政党将允许宗教信仰自由，但是不会使中国成为宗教政体。
新政党也将奉行祖国统一，反对台独，藏独或其他分裂势力。
新政党将允许言论自由，允许人民群众集会，游行，上言，但时间，主题应提前上报政府部门，得到批准后可以进行，政府将予以适当监控，且规模，地点，持续时间也应做相应限制。避免过度混乱情况的出现。酗酒者不能参加此类活动。
新政党将是一个联合执政党。成员来自各省市各阶层，他们提出和草拟各项政策纲领， 然后提交给全国人民决议，对于已获得通过的决议，负责监督实施和执行。
新政党欢迎各阶层各族人民加入，包括工人，农民，职员，群众，干部，商人，士兵，各行业从业人员，民主人士，城镇居民。中国大自由同盟为所有的普通群众服务，它属于人民！实际年龄在24岁以上，已经从学校毕业，有一两年工作经验的人员均可参加。

It comes the time must to make it a change of this kind of regime. At this time, the communist is in the very similar situation with the fall of KMT in the late 40s of last century. They were no longer to serve for people, but kept in damaging the basic benefits of people. They run in the opposite direction of people, and use the shameless trick to cheat people for their money and yearly tax. Build up their great vanity achievements.

More and more people can not find a job, people live in a life of hardship and affliction.
When the initial time Chairman Mao created the communist, she represents the large amounts of poverty people, struggle with landlords and redistribute the land. They had a break of fortune, and able to be the real masters of themselves. Although their life are extremely poor, but everyone feel a kind of peace and joyfulness in their inner mind. But over the last decade, communist set out policies mainly serve for rich people, they are no longer think about people’s well-beings, rather to seize every possible way to cheat people’s trust and their hard-earned money. At the same time, add pain and suffering to people. What they only did is radically fool people and took no care of people at all.
Boat capsize, poor people spent several million of life in exchange of communist’s new life, with an expectation to live a happy and peaceful life. During the period of Zhu, Mao, Liu and Deng, they strived for people’s well-being and put people’s voices and desires at the first place, even usually enfolded by leaders’ halo, and resulted to be eaten up with pride and made a wrong decision of the turmoil of the Cultural Revolution, people still feel the leadership of Communist is a well-deserved, and follow up her guidance. On the one hand, because of the cult of leader’s charisma, on the other hand, also because of the right direction by adopting the policy of independence and self-reliance, people feel the hope of a better life can be achieved and worth of struggling for. The realm of spirit is high and bathed in spring breeze.
Before the year of 1993, social life is in a relatively stable, economy is in its stage of increasing, from the recovery of the Culture Revolution, and the new-open policy were put on a try, a resuming and vitality situation emerged. Even though the happening of anti-communist movement and demonstration in the year of 1989, still rely on the whole stable economic environment, and not much the laid-off workers at the time, many people were hectic in taking care of their living and family, they didn’t join the petition movement which students took the main role. It is regrettable that the movement showed more enthusiasm than discipline, and the outcome is that it was suppressed by force in a tone of putting down riot. But impressively this is the first time in the history of communist party to make a highlight of multitude’s appeal in an entirely scale of the whole country. This appeal is basically a demanding to punish corrupt officials, which is normally a giving-advice movement, the authority can accept the suggestions in a very moderate way, by contrast, the Government viewed it as a formidable enemy and closed the speech from general public, and then cleaned the participants of the petition in a large scale and built a relative vacuum of speech. But for punishing corruption, it was shown an innocuous posture only to be adopted.
In the following 15 years, the development in China stepped into an era of chaos and deterioration. The Communist Party didn’t realize in a very clear sense of the price paid for the beginning stage of successful and effective achievements, but in a wrong way, a quick money seeking and drain for fishing developing policy has been adopted. On the one hand, eulogistic politicians advocated the great achievements of the Reform and Development with a flourish of trumpets in expecting of obtaining recognition and promotion. They make flattering remarks in every corner of party and country, some can even compare the current China with the ancient flourishing Tang Dynasty, how ridiculous. At the same time, they seek their personal gain from that. Naturally corrupt and venal officers emerged in a large number. On the other hand, tens of millions of laid-off workers emerging. Although the initial stipulation of the laid-off mechanism is for the purpose of stimulating the production efficiency of enterprises, a measure taken and optimize the employee’s quality. But merely a few years later, people began to realize that more and more people became the class of laid-off workers, and new graduates found also encountered themselves with a barely harsh plight of career dilemma. And many enterprises and companies set their threshold so high that even those students who with a doctor degree can not find a suitable work position, with what there should be a corresponding increase of wage for those on-the job-employees, but actually, most staffs didn’t feel a modest growth of their revenue. The basic living security became extremely fragile. The trend became more and more serious after the year of 2000. Indeed, some industries and enterprises such as petroleum chemical, telecom workers are treated batter and hardly need to worry about their life, however, the same fact is that much more industries and fields as well as their enterprises can afford to offer a very low income to their workers and employees, and over the pass decade not much increase of salary to them at all.
At the same period, China felt the press from the augment of economic costs and life pressures and they kept accumulating constantly instead of giving time to rest and recuperation. The forest and mineral resources have been over-exploited and further risen multifold of the cost of coal, water, electricity and gas. When those enterprises found no way out to lower the costs, they had no choice but to lay off as a means. On the other hand, many companies such as paper making enterprises were in a producing fashion of sacrificing external environment in the purpose of saving inner costs, which resulted in contaminating large tracts of land and rivers. The water, coal, earth in China became poor or even went short of. A once country with its vast territory and abundant resources has changed to a lack of resources and shortage of energy. While the overuse of fertilizers and chemical additives accumulate the threaten from rice, flour and vegetables, even the possibilities for Chinese to eat natural foods became diminishing, they have to pay more money for eating green foods. Moreover, in 2007 a new round overall inflation of the commercial prices which is represented with meat food has demonstrated the collapse of the Agricultural ability to support the development and the advent of the inflation period. This means the land can’t afford the fertilizer spreading, the peasants can’t withstand the fertilizer price uprising and the deception of the Government policies as well as all kinds of imposed exorbitant taxes. At the same time, how much will the increase of the income could be of a common Chinese town worker? It should say it’s such a too little compare to these basic materials prices and the much more crazy housing price increase. All of the high price to pay is only for the double-digit increase of GDP in China.
