我也在蒙城办理团聚移民，已经1年多了，9月16日dm，我想请教各位，我们办理境内团聚的需要fingerprint吗？会有面试吗？还有多就能收到LP?

我没有做fingerprint. 面试官也没问. 面试很简单, 其实就是办个结束手续. 大家不用紧张. 被担保人一人去就可. 我的案子全部时间是一年零五个月.

I'm told by the agent that they are waiting for the background check answered. Is there anyboby knows that normally how long the backgound check should be completed? Thank you.

My case is:
1. Mid of June 2003 submitted the application
2. Mid of July 2003 supplemented some materials
3. Nov.2 got CSQ
4. Nov.13 notified by federal in principle approved and need medical check&background check.
5. End of Jan. Medical results received by federal.
I have been waiting for 11 months since the last letter from federal. It seems my case is a little bit slow.

楼下，有没有在网上查询过？是不是dm了？如果不是，还是ip的话，那最好去问问了，不太正常了。

我是2003九月申请的，4月CSQ,状态刚变成DM（还没收到信）,但是没有收到APPROVAL LETTER.很是让人担心。请问过来人会不会有否定的。

我是9月16日dm的，目前也在等lp,我已经收到approval letter了，大概在dm后，一个礼拜，可以收到。希望大家多沟通。。我等的也非常心焦

据我了解应该是先收到approval letter, 然后收到decision made letter.你说的是不是第2封信。我想问你之前有没有先收过一封approval letter但状态还是IP，还是在网上查到transfer local cic office的字样 .我的就是transfer local cic office。

I got the letter saying my application approved while the status is still IP about 10 months ago. So confused by their responses:frown:
