朋友们：

星期六是继情人节之后这个周的第二个重要节日--元宵节下午一时我们仍在5332 QUEEN-MARY--BOOK CAFE 店里举行桥牌友谊赛，希望到时能见到你。

再则downtown 给我们桥牌队预定了一桌位子--十四日晚巨门堡演唱会，希望大家能去，渡过一个愉快的晚上。

前些日子我去湖南老家拜年去了，无法和各位朋友联络，也看不到你们如火如荼的表演和即时报道。今天正好元宵节，我借机出来凉快凉快－－－－在此给大家伙拜个晚年（一拜），祝你们羊年顺心顺意（二拜），桥牌事业兴旺（三拜）。
最近自强、亚东、老希、老夏等牌侠是不是很少露面呀，怎么看不到他们的贴子呢？我的这次中国之行可谓收获颇多－－－－见到许多老朋友老同学老同事老领导，发现不少贸易机会和投资商机，准备回去就开始着手成立公司开展一些力所能及的贸易活动，希望有心的朋友了解一下股份公司成立的程序和当地税收及贸易等法律规定。
我很想你们呀－－－－我的朋友、牌友、战友、学友们！

很是高兴今天有三桌多人兴致勃勃地来活动，并大战三轮，犹觉未尽兴；很是遗憾没有合适的记分方法，不能作出较准确的成绩公报。假如有四桌……
尤其值得一提的是老鞋同志，挟昨日“情人节”之余威，一下午“拾”得三个小满贯，差一点也开个个人演唱会 :cool: ！还有老沉同志，在被“遣往”美国之前溜出来过了一把桥瘾，差一点成了三个孩子的父亲 :p 。
但愿以后我们能搞一些小比赛，队式或双人（单或双冠军）赛。前提是人越多越好。

Here below is a 4 dummies example to see how you (South) can achiever 4S.

      K, 6
      A, 6
      K, Q, J, 7, 6
      K, 9, 7, 3

J, 5, 3       A, 4
K, 8, 3       Q, J, 10, 4, 3, 2
9, 5, 4, 2       A, 8, 3
Q, 10, 5,       6, 2

      Q, 10, 9, 8, 7, 2,
      9, 7
      10,
      A, J, 8, 4

West first led: H5, followed by A, 3, 7
North played D6 in 2nd round, followed by A, 10, 4
East cashed his H Queen, and continued another small H,
How you (south) would achieve 4S?

Remarks: East would win 2nd round of trump and continue one more H to upraise his partner’s trump Jack.
