I had same experiece for sleepless more than 5 years. Everyday before sun set, I start worry. And even under western medical treatment, I still unable to get one hour sleep per day. it was HACI WUXINGZHEN and Chinese meditation cured my illness. If anyone like to know more, please contact me.
hi, I have a very very good method.
Go to bed with a paper with many English/French new words. Open your eye read the first and then close eyes to remember. Then Open eyes again for the next...... etc.
I usually can remember 6 or 7 words before get into sleep.

get up at 7 clock and go to bad at 10:00 pm .
Once I had the same problem I always worked until 1:00 am and cannot slept very well. for half a year.
But after that I had to get up early to go for working at the beigning I felt terriable because of the changing.
But now I am ok everyday I wake up at 7:00 and work for 8 hours a day and go home and go to bed at 10:00 to 11:00.
I have a friend who has the same problem as you maybe more serieous than you.
I suggested the same thing to her. But I am not sure if she can make it or not due to the other reasons.If you are not alone you have to ask husband or roommate go to bad and wake up at the same time as you do and Don't be so stressed.
