用什么都行，只是用平信不但速度慢，而且还让人挺不放心的。

Really frustrated, I received all my application documents back because of the payment. Buffaulo wrote me a letter which said that the 5401 form can only be used to pay for fees to their offices located in Canada, but not in U.S. So I held my tears and paid again by money order and then sent all the documents again:frown:

It delays me one month!!! One month!!! I can't believe that, OMG!
Well, I hope no one else will make the same mistake as me.
