A good suggestion, if you want to go to a Chinese restanrent, don't go to Chinatown. The service is very bad there and it is not at all cheap.

In China town, only a part of chinaware is reliable, and all the others are wholy bull shit!

唐人街St-Laurent街上“建荣”卖的烧鸭放有大量的人造香料和色素，吃后几天让人恶心，人造香料的味道驱之不去。提醒大家注意！

唐人街的豆浆很有问题，夏天买过，一拿回来就不行，沉淀很厉害。拿回去，老板二话没说就退了，其实他们心里很明白。不争气，给他信任都不要。

你有文化，懂外语，哪个超市不比唐人街的店干净？有些店里的东西比唐人街还便宜。每次都哪里都是不得以，都是匆匆而过，不会停留须臾。因为，那里脏！

Lao Chou is used to put color on food, Sheng Chou is to add flavour on. Of course I don't like Chinatown either. I just want to tell you general information. wink

Hi Hongyun, Greenfield is right. The purposes of using the two types of soy source are different, one for color and one for taste. Still, pay attention to the expiry date. It might have been sitting on the shelf for very long.
