请问父母探亲延期申请被拒，能否申述？请有经验的大侠给我们支招.

Go to the Embassy and ask to see their director. Don't go to the Visa center!

Tell your parents, they should speak as much as loudly and they should look down Canada as much as possible, and they should demostrate that Canada is the hell of human beings. Then they may allow your parents to have a look. They is true, not kidding.

我们夫妻均有工作（且为加拿大移民）。父母探亲来加，签证本月到期。我们已于1月份为他们办了延期申请。如果签证到期后仍未收到回音，他们是否仍可合法留在加拿大？
