It depends. Some mental people are asking too much and it does not sell quickly....I know a Korean family is selling their condo on Alexis-Nihon asked for 398K in this spring. The condo is 5 1/2 with 2 garages but it was built in 1998. And I saw the pictures, nothing impressing me, and right under the frequent flights area. Don't know what they think ... Last month, they reduced asking price to 392K....seems like the sell is not happening well and they had to lower the price. But still, this kind of condo at 392K is not reasonable at all.
你不信了。2008年底和2009年初市场真是不一样的。
后来我们去问新房的时候,开发商自己都承认前几个月的给的是特殊OFFER。
我记的我们问的价格比你买的还好点。当初我们都问过的。(如果没记错的话,是47.6万全包括,包小册子上全OPTION)
开发商就是这样的。他们看市场情况。
往上调价没有人会抱怨的。反正买的晚买的贵是正常的。
买的晚,但是尾巴,有时也会有OFFER. |
