Mmmm...last year was $257K, it must be at least 20K more this year. The one I am currently living in Bois franc is same size , 复式, one big individual garage, 2 exclusive outdoor parking space, very well maintained, I purchased at $260K. condo fee $70/month. So the price is pretty much similar at this case.

But my current condo has exactly same size in both floors...and the owner lives above me is the same. We only have total 4 floors, each home has 2 floors.

比如两层楼的TOWNHOUSE是标准两层。一层和二层基本一样大。
复式就是一个大高层，分成两层楼。。一层和二层面积不一样。成本低一点。

But you need to ask them questions, like if the bathroom has the seperated shower, if the counter in the kitchen is granite, etc. These features will definitely increase the value of the condo. As far as I know, the standard deco (you don't need to pay more to upgrade) in marcel-laurin is very high end.
The 性价比 of the condos at marcel-laurin is good as well. You need to compare the details.
