我父母持探亲VISA来蒙城已5个月，特向各位请教如何办理VISA延期手续，如：何处体检，体检费用多少，对担保人有何特殊要求，延期手续需要多长时间等。急，急，急！！！！在此先谢过了。 :confused:

为父母探亲签证申请延期，上面有一条问希望延到何时，听说一般都填半年，我能填一年或两年吗，省得续来续去的麻烦，谢谢。

一般只给你延半年，不论你填多长时间。

是啊是啊，如果移民局一次延了一年两年，他们到哪里收钱呢？每签一次要交75元呢。

The application kit of the CIC said that a visitor-visa holder could stay a year without extention application in Canada if the visitor's passport was stamped by the Canadian Customs. But if the passport was written by hand, the visitor must apply for extention before sixth month. Is there anybody know this is true or not? Thanks!

1. go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/
2. request form online
3. fill form and send

you need to pay $70 for each person, 2 passport size photoes and anything else you think useful to persuate official your extend excuse is reasonable
